I have built several companies in three continents: Europe, Asia and the US. I’m an operator first, investor second. Based on that, I might be able to add unique value to your company.
Operational advice
How best to launch? How fast to scale? How much to raise the burn to? How to convince investors to double down on a certain path? Co-founder complications? Key employees leaving? I have been there, done that. I understand the complications of running a fast growing startup where you have the constant feeling things are falling apart. I will help you ask the right and important questions. Also, my operational background is in customer acquisition and product - so I believe I understand the core values of both disciplines very well.
Fundraising & Exits
The companies I have co-founded and invested in have raised more than 200m+ USD, the companies I have invested in have raised more than 1bn USD. I have worked with some of the best VCs, family offices and corporates worldwide, I understand how they think and once on board I will do anything to help you get their attention and do a successful deal.
International network
Having successfully started and exited businesses on several continents (EU 🇪🇺, US 🇺🇸, South East Asia 🇸🇬) I do have a very strong international and trusted network of fellow entrepreneurs, investors, employees and friends. As a result, I can help you when it comes to for example expanding your business to new countries as well as raising money from investors in those countries.
I know a lot of fellow investors who are keen on investing in startups outside their home base. I can help you access those pools of knowledge, expertise and capital.

I’m a founder first, investor second. I don’t manage other people’s money, so my incentives are much more aligned with the founders rather than the VCs (who will always want to deploy more capital into your company and push you to spend more even when it might not be the smartest strategy from a “only 1 egg in 1 basket” founder situation). I’m in it with you until the end. You have my ear and I will be on your side. How do I invest?
I prefer to be first money in. Ideally pre-seed and when the idea is just a dream. I do seed and sometimes Series A. Rarely beyond. I can lead rounds, but don’t have to.
My first cheque usually is 25-250k. In select cases also more, if there is a deeper work/advisory role involvement.
I usually invite other successful and trusted angel friends/VCs to co-invest with me, so I can easily bring 500k-1m+ into an early stage round if needed.
